I know, I was shocked too.

Mio Nonno

This is a drawing I did of my Granddad when he was in his early 20's. His 90th birthday is coming up and he's the healthiest, wittiest ol' guy I know. He's a huge inspiration. On another note, the Biggest Loser Season 8 started last night. Man, I love that show. Though, I could by-pass all the crying and drama. I love seeing the transformation of these guys over the 4 months or so. Plus fat people are awesome to draw.

I get towards the end of a project and I think to myself, "sweet, I'm almost done. All I have to do is put in the words and it's all finished." Then HOURS later I realize that typography is flippin' hard!! Overall, I like the way this turned out. I welcome critiques.

A step in the right direction.

Playing with the new photoshop CS4 3D tool. Cool stuff, kinda slow still.

cool Photoshop Tip

I just found an AWESOME feature about Photoshop that I have been looking for for years! I have always wanted to "solo" out a layer especially when I'm working with hundreds of layers but there was no indication that Photoshop would do that sort of thing. The other day I accidentally came across this. If you hold down Option and click on the Layer's visibility all the other layers will turn off their visibility so you only see whatever is on that one layer. Then if you Option+click the visibility of said layer then it restores back to whatever your visibility settings were before you made the change. Well done Adobe, now if you'd just make it known that you have cool features like this....
