Just before we go to lunch on Mondays, some friends (Steve Macleod, Ian Abando and whoever else decides to jump in) and I get together and study out a movie. We scrub through the timeline until we find a particularly dynamic shot then we pause and draw. But only for a couple of minutes. These are no masterpieces. We are just studying the amazing work and trying to absorb some of it's coolness. It has turned into quite an obsession. Only a few minutes of study, but a ton learned. I love it.
